3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on:

• Actual volume, weight, or scope of work
• Access conditions (stairs, elevators, distance from parking)
• Special handling requirements
• Additional services requested on-site

We will communicate any changes to the quoted price before proceeding with work that exceeds the original estimate.

4. Scheduling and Cancellation

Scheduling: Service appointments are scheduled based on availability. We will confirm your appointment and provide an estimated arrival window.

Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee at our discretion.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your service needs
• Ensure safe access to the work area
• Disclose any hazardous materials or conditions
• Secure pets and clear pathways before our arrival
• Be present or designate a representative during service (unless otherwise arranged)
• Ensure utilities are properly disconnected for demolition work

6. Items We Cannot Handle

For safety and legal reasons, we cannot transport or dispose of:

• Hazardous materials (chemicals, asbestos, lead paint)
• Flammable or explosive materials
• Medical waste or biohazards
• Illegal items
• Live animals

7. Liability and Insurance

We are licensed (License #IM-3612) and carry liability insurance. However, our liability is limited as follows:

• Moving: We exercise reasonable care with your belongings. Claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
• Pre-existing Conditions: We are not liable for damage to items that are already fragile, improperly packed, or in poor condition.
• Demolition: You are responsible for ensuring proper permits are obtained. We are not liable for issues arising from unpermitted work.

8. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work begins.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be addressed through direct communication with us. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Broward County, Florida, in accordance with Florida law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Move Hub LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
